How to Book

What to Expect

Activities customised to meet your team’s specific needs and goals.
Begin with uplifting warm-up exercises designed to relax and inspire.
I will demonstrate abstract techniques to spark creativity.
Engage in hands-on creation, incorporating natural elements like sketching donkeys and painting with mud — depending on your location.
I bring everything needed for the workshop (canvas, tablecloths, easels), ensuring a hassle-free experience.
If the workshop is held at your office / venue of choice I have a track record of providing mess-free fun. (Dust sheets and chair covers are my best friend!)
If you rather the workshops are dry-material only (pastels, pens, charcoal etc) that is totally doable too.
Access to post-workshop resources and ongoing support to maintain creativity.

Expertise in Psychology and Art Therapy: Georgie has extensive knowledge and training in psychology, mental health, and art therapy, integrating these disciplines into art facilitation.

Our recent team building workshop at Georgie's art studio, nestled in the tranquil Stepney City Farm was a refreshing and memorable experience..
The workshop was a real departure from our usual routine as project managers. We kicked off with art exercises sketching the farm's resident animals - some masterpieces and hilarious efforts! Georgie guided us through creative meditation techniques helping us tap into a new way of seeing and drawing and removing my previous inhibitions about being unable to draw.
The best part was that every single person produced an impressive canvas, surprising themselves with their hidden talents. The process was messy, creative and fun - exactly what a team building day should be.
Georgie was inspiring, calm and a lovely host, making everyone feel comfortable and encouraging us to embrace our creativity. The venue was perfect and only a stones throw from busy streets with a lovely cafe on site for cake, coffee or a glass of wine afterwards.
Overall, the workshop was a fantastic way to bond, unwind and discover new sides to ourselves and each other. I would highly recommend this.

For every corporate workshop, I allocate 5% of the proceeds to cover the materials for a community workshop, helping groups such as those with severe neurodiversity or brain injuries, new and single Mums, victims of domestic abuse and more to find more peace and connection in their lives.

A: I can cater to groups of any size, from small teams of 5 to large groups of 50+.
A: Workshops are held at Stepney City Farm, an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of London. I can also conduct workshops at your office, a venue of your choice, or virtually.
A: Everything! Canvas, easels, tablecloths, paints, textures —plus catering available onsite at Stepney City Farm.
A: You'll start with creative warm-up exercises in nature, sketching trees, goats, and donkeys to uplift your mood and foster relaxation. Back in the studio, Georgie will demonstrate techniques like painting with mud and sawdust, and splashing paint Pollock-style!
A: No prior experience is necessary. My workshops are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My passion is to help those who believe they can’t draw a stickman to find their creative confidence.
A: Engage in free-form mark-making on canvas with guidance, focusing on the creative process as much as the outcome. Optional lunch from The Allotment Kitchen is available if at the farm, followed by intuitive painting with integrated team-building exercises.
